Quantum Breath is a method of energy healing developed by Di Wilson. Quantum Breath includes meditation, breath work and energy awareness techniques in order to do self-healing and offer energy healing to others. Your body is a reflexion of your life, of the decisions that you have made, the food that you have eaten, the lifestyle that you experienced. The work you have done and the relationships that you have had, all affects how you are. Your stress levels have a major effect on your body, as do your thoughts and emotions.

How Does Quantum Breath Work?
Quantum Breath techniques involve connecting with and amplifying life-force energy, often referred to as “Chi” or “Prana”. Quantum Breath focuses on increasing the vibration of an area or person in order for healing to occur. The person receiving the energy is “the healer”, using their own higher wisdom to utilize the energy, release blockages, relax and re-balance.
What’s involved in the treatment?
To receive the treatment you will stay fully clothed, sometimes you will remain seated, at other times you may be asked to lie on a therapy bed. I then gently place my hands on the area that needs healing. You may hear me doing some deep breathing exercises and you will be encouraged to breath deeply too.
Sometimes you will be spoken to during the session, at other times you will be left to quietly relax. When your pain is emotional, you will be asked “where do you hold this hurt”. Sometimes when you go through a trauma, it is held somewhere in the body so it needs to be released. You will be encouraged to give permission for the area of your body that is causing the hurt to “let go”.
You will be encouraged to change the way you think about the problem as negative thoughts only make things worse. When you have positive thoughts, it has a massive impact on your body. The treatment feels very natural and a feeling of well-being is often experienced.
Most people experience Quantum Breath as being very relaxing, instilling a great sense of peace and calm. Stress and tension are released and pain often disappears after a short period of time. Quantum Breath can help restore balance on many levels, it is valuable for emotional healing as well as physical healing, bringing comfort and peace.
